Day 5 of the 12 Days of Christmas Book Giveaway Contest – “The Zoo” by R. Lee Fleming
Hello, book lovers!
Mary McEvoy has a career she loves as the Director of the San Ysidro Zoo. Her life changes the day she receives a call from Ermilio Santana, a wild animal wrangler who insists that she must immediately hop a plane to Peru to view a great black panther, “a cat unlike any you – or the world – have ever seen.” Mary convinces her Board of Directors to pay an exorbitant amount to bring the giant panther to her zoo. All goes according to plan, until a small mechanical failure becomes one in a series of events that leads to an unimaginable terror streak that leaves a bloody trail of carnage.
